Refund Policy

At Dynamic Wellness, we are committed to providing high-quality fitness coaching and wellness consulting services. Due to the nature of coaching and consulting services, the following refund policy applies to all sessions, programs, and consultations.

 

Payments for Services

 

All payments for coaching or consultation services must be made prior to the scheduled session unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

Once a coaching session or consultation has been completed, the service is considered delivered and payments are non-refundable.

 

Session Cancellations and Rescheduling

 

Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled coaching or consulting session.

 

If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the session may be considered forfeited and non-refundable.

 

Dynamic Wellness understands that unexpected situations may occur and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling when possible.

 

Program Purchases

 

If a client purchases a multi-session coaching package or program and chooses to discontinue participation, refunds for unused sessions may be considered at the sole discretion of Dynamic Wellness.

 

Any sessions that have already been completed are non-refundable.

 

Service Satisfaction

 

Client satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns about any coaching or consulting service, please contact us so we can address the issue and work toward a resolution.

 

Policy Updates

 

Dynamic Wellness reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
